I worked as a guard for a year. Twelve-hour night shifts, six or seven days a week, and the pay was less than half of the legal minimum. Deductions for uniforms, and no NSSF remittances even though they were deducted on the payslip.
If this is you, you can report it to the Labour Office in your county. Keep copies of every payslip.
